During a very stressful time for my family, having John Schroeder representing my family after my father was hit by a vehicle while riding his bicycle was the right choice. He was able to advocate for my father and get him what he deserved keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend him and his law firm. In 2020 my daughter was involved in a car accident which involved a drunk driver hitting the vehicle she was a passenger in. The drunk driver’s insurance company didn’t want to fairly settle for all medical bills and just wanted to simply offer a one-time settlement which would of only paid the current medical bills without regards to any future bills received for treatmen(s). Attorney John Schroeder with Gowan Elizondo LLP accepted my daughter’s case and worked on her behalf representing her best interest. Mr Schroeder took the time to make sure all medical bills were forwarded to him for immediate payment, was my daughter’s legal representative with arguments against the drunk drivers insurance company all while keeping an open line of communication with us regarding her case. Mr. Schroeder was easy to make contact with regarding any questions or concerns and if he was not immediately available to take our calls, he was prompt with returning them. Mr. Schroeder was concerned and showed compassion regarding my daughter’s injuries and well being. Mr. Schroeder was knowledgeable and steadfast in his approach in dealing with the other driver’s insurance company and the very unfortunate situation at hand. Mr. Schroeder was reassuring and projected confidence during this entire time. I would highly recommend John Schroeder as a legal representative. He was more than just an attorney for us but was a very important advocate which gave us peace of mind.

I reached out to Mrs. Cooper earlier this year for help in probating my mother's will and have nothing but positive reviews from my experience. This was not an easy task as I come from a large family (12 brothers and sisters plus numerous nephews, nieces). To complicate matters more, my late father did NOT leave a will, and required establishing rightful heirship by going to court. Mrs. Cooper was not reluctant nor intimidated by taking on my case. I am happy to say, it is finalized! I have to admire her knowledge, experience, and willingness to succeed. I highly recommend Mrs. Cooper to anyone looking to probate a will or any family legal matter.

I could say a lot of things but I will not be rude I asked her for a will I asked her for a power of attorneys at the time I did that she was not in corpus Christi she was in Nevada I believe it was so I thought you know she was taking care of her business up there because of the pandemic and she was worried about getting the virus and I understood that but when it came to my will and it became to my power of attorney she had her secretary send it to me and we went through it all and when she got her 750 bucks never heard from her again and then I had to go out to the UPS store and get everything notarized you know you would think for $750 your lawyer would be there to notarize it for you but I do not recommend this lawyer at all
