I hired Ms.Cooper a year and a half ago in regards to a very complicated custody dispute that’s been going on for the last 5 years. She was very reasonable in pricing, highly educated, took priority in my case and always communicated with me when the time came and put my fears at ease. She made me feel a sense of reassurance. The other party was very complicated to try and work with and I had doubts that we would drag it out into trial. But Ms. Cooper was able to settle our dispute and modify our custody without the battle. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest !!! And it’s been all thanks To Mrs. Melody Cooper !!! I would def have her by my side when your needing counsel and guidance. Do NOT attempt to go it alone. I recommend to anyone having a difficult case by all means To call Mrs. Cooper to settle your stresses. 10/10 ! Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for my family 😊

Mrs. Cooper handled a double Will probate for me just revently. I find her to be professional and kind. The probate wad done quickly and at a resonable price. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I Greatly Appreciate the work Ms. Cooper is doing for me during this time of my life. Wanting to see and spend time with my kids is all I want and care about. Seeing there smiling faces this morning yelling DADDY with joy brought tears to my eyes. Due to being an oilfield father is very hard and stressful. Waiting for 2 years and 4 months on our case. We were told time and time again that the case would be resolved but lied to many times. They are unresponsive and had to write a personal letter before anything was done. Would not recommend anyone go here unless you want to waste your time.

A hearty “Thank You” to Melody Cooper for assisting me and my husband in securing a legal, transparent, and concise Will, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and Medical Directive for each of us in the event that one of us precedes the other, and beyond as well. I recently lost my father who left a handwritten will, named no executor, named all beneficiaries by first name only and signed it with only a first name. He left no indication of policies, accounts, or assets other than basically his house which is to be split between my estranged half sister and me. Needless to say, it’s a mess and will cost us more to pay a lawyer to arrange hearings to verify the will, verify the beneficiaries, and name an administrator. I absolutely do not want our children to suffer through probate without a clear understanding of where important documents are and who gets what. Each of the children will get a copy of all the paperwork so there are no questions and none of them is blindsided. Melody was able to help us make decisions and get it witnessed and notarized all in one visit to her office. Yes, there are “wills you can create online”, but after what I’ve been through dealing with my father’s probate, which is moving at a snail’s pace and has been costly, it is certainly worth the peace of mind I have that our children won’t inherit a limited, or possibly, unclear representation of our final wishes. Melody talked a good game at first! Then once she got our 5k deposit she literally took a 2 week Vacation on us! After that it just got worse! She did work and gave advice to the other side and charged us for it? A grand total of 7k and wanted more for a bunch of Chicken Scratch on paper? Never a Real final Document? This is the WORST choice you could ever make for an Attorney if you can call her that?

Ms Cooper saw us on short notice, and took care of a very urgent legal problem for a family member. Her and her staff were extremely helpful. There are not enough ways I can say thank you for her quick and courteous service. Very highly recommend her services.

DONT SKIP YOU MUST READ!!!! Jerry will do what ever it takes to make sure you win your case..... he will do every thing and anything to stall. Sadly I had Armando G. Who did what ever Jerry wanted. They were room mates ..... should have known better .... well Armando removed himself from my case after honorable My Judge Guy Williams awarded temporary custody of both my kids but sadly some how some way his clients were never held accountable.... then as I attempted to hire another local attorney Frosty fire works .... Jerry text her while in my consultation with her.... he is good .... my God have mercy on your soul and treat you the way you treated me....Lupe M
