Unprofessional and rude conduct
“Worst experience with a lawyer. First of all, everyone should be made aware that Melody Cooper is not local. She lives hours from here. You wouldn't need to know that, except for when you show up to your appointment at her office only to be set up with a zoom meeting. Very unprofessional. She seemed to be overwhelmed by what I needed done which was simple services she offers. She charges upward of $800 plus. For a zoom meeting. I finally received my documents and they were not completed as requested. Oh, but she cashed my check the very next day after zoom call. I did not receive my documents until 1 month later and as mentioned above, not correct. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Be warned!!”
