We recently went here for our case in an auto accident involving my wife and my 2year old daughter , I’m a general contractor and know how to treat clients and be professional at all times. Since we started with the case (Rosie Salinas) was very unprofessional acted like she has too many cases to remember ours, when we did call to ask for a update on the case she would act like we are bothering her by calling and would respond with a response with ( What do you want now…) remind you we would call at least once a week if that because my wife would feel like she is bothering her for asking . When my wife did call, she responded rudely, afterwards I got on the phone and let her know she was calling on my behalf because I’m requesting a update and haven’t had any communication about our case.. I furthermore requested an appointment to meet with her and discuss our case personally, Which when we arrived she had no update and could not locate our case file. Also when we ask about my 2yr old she responded with (I forgot she was in the accident also) I was very amazed and could not believe she said that… Also told me it was my fault for not taking my daughter for any treatment, when I responded with (I was never told or advised to take her anywhere… )But she blamed me for me not doing her job! My wife trusted her to advise her on what to do in this situation also my wife did try to take her but was not signed into any therapy or treatments. If she took our calls maybe she would have remembered our daughter was involved in the accident also! (Rosie Salines) texted my wife that she’ll have someone else handle the case but she happily charged us for my wife’s case and a separate amount for my 2yr which was double, also which I do not understand how she can charge for a service which she did not provide! Very disappointed with our out come and warning everyone to reconsider before hiring from this law firm. And before finishing this review we still have not received our check for my daughters case, the accident happened in March 12, 2024 , since she was not aware of my daughter being in the accident we had to wait because she forgot to notify the adjuster, then waiting months and was told that we are waiting for insurance which was a lie , I called directly to insurance company and was informed that check was mailed out months ago and when I called (Rosie Salines) she admitted she been having the check and was waiting for hospital now? Hopefully when she actually considers doing her job we will receive our check this year! Zero stars … VERY DISAPPOINTED

I can’t thank Web Cason Manning Law Firm enough for the way they handled my 18-wheeler accident case, and I especially want to highlight Roxy, who handled our case. Roxy went above and beyond for me and my family. From start to finish, she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly dedicated to making sure we were taken care of. The accident itself was a nightmare. The driver who hit us begged us not to call the police because he didn’t want to lose his job. He admitted fault because he was the one who hit us from behind at the scene, gave us his insurance, and we exchanged numbers. But later, he lied to his company and claimed it wasn’t him but a rock that caused the damage. It was devastating—like being hit all over again. I was already in constant pain from my injuries, struggling to sleep and even handle simple tasks like yard work. To have the driver deny everything after we showed him kindness was heartbreaking. Thankfully, Roxy fought for us like no one else could. She took every lie and hurdle thrown our way and made sure we came out on top. I never had to chase her down for updates because she always kept me informed. She even checked in on me and my kids, genuinely caring about our well-being beyond just the legal case. Roxy is nothing short of South Texas’s very own Erin Brockovich! Her determination and expertise delivered the results we needed, and I’ll forever be grateful to her and this firm. If you need someone who will fight for you after an accident, Roxy is the person you want on your side. I highly recommend her and the Web Cason Manning team for any auto accident case!

Roxy worked on my personal injury case. I was amazed at the depth of her expertise and professionalism. Her communication skills are exceptional. I was kept informed of every step in the legal process. I felt sorry that she had to go through 4 insurance adjusters who all had varying opinions, but she perservered diligently. She was extremely knowledgeable in dealing with Medicare and my medical insurance company. The payments and reimbursements went without a glitch. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. She should probably be teaching a class on how to be an effective legal assistant or paralegal.

I enjoyed working with Roxy Ross on my case she was the best person I could’ve asked for when I didn’t know what to do. She was fast and knowledgeable about any questions I had or any concerns. Everything went as smooth as I could be and when I needed money right away after losing my job she was on it and helped finish my case as fast as she could and kept me afloat when I thought I was sinking. She’ll keep you in the loop with reminders and messages about anything going on in the case you just have to trust her and the process. Great to work with. They really fight for you. I sustained multiple herniated discs after a truck hit me. They got me great medical care and glad to say after 6 months my injuries have healed. They made sure my vehicle was repaired immediately and even got me a rental while my truck was being repaired. They always answer your questions, always answer the phone, overall great people working at the best law firm.
