“All my interaction with this attorney regarding my case was either by email or phone calls which I had to initiate in order to get a status of my case. He never sent me the documents he promised regarding my case and eventually told me after several months that he did not get any responses from the banks and he was overwhelmed with work and needed to have my case assigned to another attorney.”
