It was an OK experience until actually meeting face to face with Kelly and having mediation. Everything started late and granted I'm still paying for this set aside time but now my time is shortened and had to pay OT fees. She was very confused about my case details and it feels this way as I'm being represented. Kelly was too busy working on other things during my mediation. It is apparent they want to "settle" cases vs actually pursuing the clients wants. Little to no fight and want to just give in to settle. Feels a bit set up and rude overall tone. Then at the end, highly suggest you hurry and write a review while in the office BEFORE leaving even assisting to login with you now to find where post. This makes me believe a lot of these reviews are pressured on the spot.

I'm so great full to Kelly Koch and her team for a great support and help they gave to me... let me start by telling you my story I was struggling with my divorce so I hired Alex Hernandez junior which was my biggest mistake, when ever I call they tell me they will get back to me and they never did,I keep talking to different people whenever I call to speak to Alex Hernandez.I can hardly speak with Alex but if I get to speak with him he ask me so what's the update how do you think we can be able to get in touch with you husband but just be praying so we can get good results. They also lie about their findings The court even approved the publication of looking for my husband they have no idea the court did because they where not serious with my case and they keep lying to me I waited for a year then I discontinued with their services. Lucky for me I read Kelly's review and I contacted her and everything was good with the help of Kelly and her great team Lorraine wonderful people may the Good lord bless you all for putting a smile back in my face.. you need Kelly if you need a divorce she's the best.
