Sam Bavafa was amazing with not only making sure I was ok, but he also made sure I was included in ever part of the process and kept me updated on every part along the way. I always felt that he was working hard for me and fighting for me even harder!! Thank very much Mr. Bavafa for all your hard work!

I would not recommend this firm. I was told so many different things. They kept some money from my income taxes because TJH law firm never paid a bill to medicare.So naturally you would think I would get that money back from the firm because they had the money to pay the bill just failed to do so. Wrong that didn't happen. I was only given $100 when should have been three something. They didn't take care of the bills but they sure made sure they were paid. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this firm!!i if you are using TJH make sure your bills are getting paid. You will loose out in the end!!
