Mr. George Devera helped me a lot with my case. He’s very upfront and honest about the situation you’re in and the work that is set out and planned for you. I never had to bug or worry about what was going on he kept me in the circle at all times. Everyone there is very caring and friendly from the front desk to the assistants. I’d definitely recommend him and Thomas J. Henry Lawfirm.

Its going over 2 weeks since I switched lawyers and Thomas j Henry staff still have not sent my files to my new lawyers this is one of many reason why i switched lawyers in the first place I feel as if there being petty for me changing lawyers. I just want all this behind me and there going to continue to drag it out ,with really no empathy for what im dealing with very disappointing experience one I will continue to express to whoever is reading this . Start off they seemed very concerned until they got me signed up . I dont feel as if they fought for my case . I recieved 6 herniated disc from this wreck and was asked by one of my team members what would I be happy with getting from this wreck , not sure I said 15 he replied 1500 I was shocked to hear such a low number for such extensive injury that will never be the same from. My other complaint was it was going to take him a week to draw up a suite to send to the insurance company that was not wanting to give anywhere close to what we wanted. Come to find out the drafts are fill in the blank copies that could be done in a hour or less. I decided to change lawyers to get this done sooner and now its been over a week and they have still not sent my case information to my new lawyers again dragging there feet . it took them over a month to recieve my medical bills from therapy to even send them a number of what we wanted for the case in the first place. In all very displeased about my experience and lack of professionalism I have recieved I would not recommend this law firm to anyone and wish I never called them.
