Let me warn everyone... This law firm, is a cheat. I had a Risperdal case with them. A settlement of $54,750,000 was won for 1,239 clients. Out of $54,750,000 there was $4,750,000 taken out of that and placed in a hold back fund... I was fed all kinds of promises before the settlement, that I would be receiving a 6 figure check for my case. They strongly encouraged me to settle. I was told this multiple time. The $4,750,000 was to be allocated among ALL of the 1,239 clients. You want to know how much I received? From the original amount I got $17,307.93 And out of the hold-back fund, I received a mere $2,211.49 You know how much my final check was.... It was only $9,563.75 Uhm... I did not even receive enough to have surgery to have the Gynecomastia removed from my chest. Where exactly is the 6 figures I was promised? I'll tell you where, it's in the bank accounts of Thomas J. Henry. This law firm fed on us people who are victims of Johnson & Johnson. They promised me a 6 figure settlement. I did not even receive anything for punitive damages. This law firm received millions of dollars and kept more then half of it to themselves. I am going to be filing a complaint and filing a case against this law firm.

My son had an accident, by an 18 Wheeler smashed the school bus in half and they took the case but when he turned 18 they did nothing to help my son get his money. Because they can't Handle his case no more. They took the money and forgot bout my son. Money eaters.....
