Long story short....3 months into my case I had to remind my attorney to go after PIP money. Now after two and a half years, and multiple, multiple attorneys, being evicted because I received pretty much nothing while watching his commercials saying how they will help. Well I am throwing the brown BS TOWEL calling BS...Now I got lucky because TJH had to withdraw himself and was able to conclude the case myself and receiving more money than I ever would have if he had been able to get it settled which they could not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.... GO TO SMALL YOUNG HUNGRY ATTORNEY THEY HAVE BILLS TO PAY SO HAVE TO GET IT DONE.

Lawyers really don't care about you unless you have a case that will make them loads of money. Took five years and most of my settlement

Very friendly very helpful and very quick considering everyone told me not to choose them...I was completely happy with my lawyer and his crew.. I honestly have no complaints about this law firm

We have had a case open with this firm for over a year now. We have received little to no information about our case. Every time we call them (they NEVER have reached out to us), we can never get anyone on the phone. We leave voicemails and do not get calls returned. When we call back 3-4 days later, and explain our frustrations, they say they will email our lawyer to call us. I can't even tell you who the lawyer is that is handling our case! We have had several different lawyers. When they do FINALLY call, we are told they are "still collecting medical bills". These bills have already hit my credit! How are they still collecting bills?!?! I regret using this firm and hope that anyone contemplating will reconsider. I am stuck with him, you don't have to be!

As far as medical goes, they did make sure I saw the proper doctors although the problem is not fixed but I do need to do my part as far as exercise properly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I will definitely use this office again if need be.

I was always kept informed of what was going on. The staff was very courteous.

Our experience hasn't been pleasant at all from the beginning of the process until this day which we are suppose to be done and I'm still waiting on who knows what. The attorney assistant are kind of rude (not all of them) they don't keep you update with your case unless you call them (and good luck if you get to speak with your attorney), they don't really look after your best interest. I thought I was dealing with the best but unfortunately I was wrong and they are not cheap at all so that's why I was expecting the best.

Mr.Desai was very helpful throughout this entire process.He always returned my calls and was very straight forward with all my questions and concerns.
