I see all the positive reviews for auto accidents, maybe he is good with that part but when it comes to bankruptcy he fell short. I am writing on behalf of my husband and what I witnessed happen to him. (In case you read the review Mr.Raub and try to say I was not your client, you were absolutely correct I wasn’t, my loved one was). My husband was referred to you by a friend who suggested you because he was promised by your office that he would be able to keep his home (which was full of many memories, he lost our son in that home and that was the one last memory he had of him), you said as long as he stayed making his payments he was good, all this started in end of 2018-early 2019. Fast forward payments on the home kept getting raised and he was told he needed to just forfeit the home. By late 2019 he was forced to give up his estate and by mid 2020 he was laid off of his 20+ year job due to COVID-19. When we reached out to Patricia and asked for your office to maybe speak to the courts to have his payments lowered until he could find work again Patricia said that that could not be done and that he still needed to come up with his $1165 payments a month. By the grace of God, unemployment kicked in and he was able to continue to follow through with those payments until he was able to find a new job. Fast forward to late 2023 my husband was diagnosed with possible cancer, a lot of our financial resources were being pulled to pay for his treatment/travel, my husband had 7mo. left in this bankruptcy until he was free and clear with a discharge, I reached out to your office yet again talking to Katherine requesting for help and sympathy if your office could maybe talk to the courts and put a hold/hardship dismissal for the remaining 7 mo until my husband was able to return to work full time as he had to have major surgery that was unavoidable and all that Katherine kept repeating was, “He has 7 mo. left he just needs to keep making payments, they won’t amend the payment amount. It’s just 7 mo, just pay at least ½, it’s just 7 mo.” I’m going to say, the lack of compassion in such a stressful time for our family was disturbing. I hope you/your staff never have to experience the struggle, stress and worry we did. We were unable to maintain the payments because his treatment, travel costs, doctors bills, etc added up. I submitted proof to Katherine to show he had a medical issue, had surgery, submitted just the very beginning of the bills that we had accumulated when the letter from the court came in saying they would dismiss the case if he did not pay the $4071 that he owed. Still Katherine said he had to come up with it or else it is what it is basically. Fast forward, February 14th the case went to court, Mr. Lambert went in on behalf of my husband and said that he wanted to dismiss the case, which was not the case, but hey it is what it is right? He never wanted to dismiss he was just needing time to recover and get back on his feet, but no one could show that compassion or be his voice to try and help him out. Case was dismissed 2/14/24 by Monday 2/19 my husband gets a phone call from the lien holder of his vehicle and they are threatening to repo his vehicle stating that he still owed them $4,327.92 on the loan and that if a payment arrangement was not made on that day the vehicle would be a repo. I called Katherine asked how can that be when on my husbands credit report and the NDC website it showed that the vehicle was paid off? Her response was “when we do bankruptcy negotiations we get the lenders to lower the price, so if you end the bankruptcy before discharge of a case then the loan reverts back to the original loan amount owed.” How he still owed when everywhere said that it was paid off is beyond me. Sounds suspicious.

Tim is my long time friend. I have never had to use him as my lawyer and I'm grateful to God for that because he helps in injury cases. I have known him since childhood. He is qualified and very intelligent as well as compassionate. I asked him for advice and he gave me very good and appreciated advice. Although it took time, I was granted Disability Benefits. I have always tried to keep a job and help my family and friends. Tim does the same. I am in no way a saint!!! I love Tim Raub. I , Big Mark guarantee you, he WILL do what he can to help you.
