Mr. JD Schmidt is an awesome lawyer! He filed my case for dwi got it down to community service for first offense and I took classes and paid fines. I am so thankful to him for helping me out. First offense with no prior convictions and BAC results were NOT submitted and still received the worst possible outcome. If Ryan Archibald is your lawyer, then you might as will get a court appointed lawyer (same difference). Just to think there is nothing to show from a year and half of countless rescheduled court hearings is laughable. I highly recommend seeking proper counsel elsewhere if you value your time and record.
