I needed advice, so I sent an email with my question with brief details. I was sent a response not too long after I sent my email. The email answered my questions and they were able to lead me in the right direction. Very professional and didn’t make the brief conversation about money. To be honest I truly don’t know where to begin when it comes to Attorney Russel Manning. I guess I’ll start from the beginning and try to be as brief as possible. I reached out to Russel on behalf of my younger brother regarding an estate issue that flows from California to Texas. As complicated as this case is Russel and Rita came together in an attempt to help a young lady that was scared, lost, confused and on the brink of giving up. Russel was the 50th Attorney I reached out to and the ONLY one that took the time to hear me and understand the situation my brother is in. Between two phone calls, and looking over files Russel gave me nearly two hours of his time free of charge, he offered me sound sincere advice and offered me several different strategies in the event that some may not work. Words cannot express the gratitude I hold in my heart for Russel and Rita as the kindness, understanding and grace that these two have shown me in such a difficult time has been an amazing experience. Before Russel’s position as an attorney he’s a man of great integrity, he’s kind, understanding, graceful and a true vessel in this business mentally, emotionally and physically. Before he see’s you as a client, he see’s you as the person you are and he truly respects your concerns and is more than willing to help bring you peace and comfort through his knowledge and compassion. Russel’s purity is a breath of fresh air and his way of encountering those who seek his guidance as it pertains to his area of work is very inspirational. I thank Russel and Rita for being so graceful to allow me the time that they have, put together a strategy for me to follow here in California, and offered to speak to the attorney that has been handling the case thus far free of charge, as they could have charged hundreds or even thousands of dollars, but rather than focus on the monetary aspect of the case Russel was determined to offer me a strategy that would allow me a piece of mind as well as give me the boost of confidence I need to proceed whether it was with him or without. I can go on and write whole story about Attorney Manning and Ms. Rita, but I want do that. What I will do is assure you, you who may be reading this review that Russel is the Attorney that you need whether it’s retaining his service fully or simply needing advice on a situation that could be causing you stress. I found Mr. Russell to be friendly. He was very informative and straightforward about an probate issue i was having. The consultation was free,and let me tell you he didn't hold nothing back within the 30 minutes. And his assistant Rita was just as nice. MY husband & I were very impressed with Mr. Manning as well as his assistant, Rita. Both were friendly, courteous, professional and informative in assisting us in answering questions we had with regard to probating a will. They were patient with us as they walked us thru scanning some documents to them thru our phone to look over. Mr. Manning gave us a free 1/2 hour of his time and determined that we did not need to go thru probate of my mother in-laws will. The fact that he was giving us free advice, without charging us, goes a long way. We would very much recommend Mr. Manning as a probate attorney.

Encounters have been questionable and makes false accusations. I've never heard of lawyers emailing other lawyers calling clients "liars". Many things done in poor taste.
