Good Lawyer. He did his job. I was accused of exposing myself, and was too emotional and murderous to handle it myself. He charged a reasonable fee, prevented me from folding to just get it over with, and got all charges dismissed. The "witness did not answer the phone" he informed me.

Got an MIP seven years ago during my freshman year of college while visiting the beach on Labor Day Weekend. Being three hours away, Mr. Hoelscher handled everything for me without me having to go back to Nueces County ever. He managed to convince the court to accept my out of state community service hours, which I completed while visiting my family in Florida. Overall, I was able to meet court conditions in a manner that was most convenient for me and Mr. Hoelscher did exceptional in dealing with the court to accept my conditions as satisfied.
