I was in need of a personal injury attorney who specialized in a case where I was injured, and who could assist me in navigating my rights to fair compensation for my injuries. I had suffered a serious injury due to another’s negligence, it was natural that I felt that someone else should pay for it—the problem was, I didn’t know where to start in order to hold that person responsible. I wanted to hire a personal injury attorney who knew my options and would handle the legal process for me. But with so many making claims to be the best, who should I choose? Texas is full of personal injury law firms all vying for the business of injured accident victims. Some firms promote themselves heavily, while others quietly rely on referrals and word-of-mouth to get clients. An internet search returned hundreds of thousands of results at the very least. So how was I to choose the best available personal injury law firm for my case? I first met with a few of the big names in my area. They felt disingenuous, impersonal, and treated me as though I was just another client coming through their doors. He did everything that he said he would do and made the whole process simple by answering all of my questions with answers that I could understand.
