Bill Dudley is not cheap but is defiantly worth every penny. Prior to hiring Bill I had been through two other lawyers who never made promise to their word. Bill does not sugar coat anything by any means and inform you of any risks before going to court. He will stand up for what's right and do his part to make promise to his word. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
Thank you sir for doing your part and helping our family!

I hired Mr. Dudley after being referred to him by a previous client of his for a custody issue. I was having issues with my ex not giving me my visitations, often calling the police and filing reports. Mr. Dudley talked a big game and seems to be intimidating in his office, but in the courtroom he completely turned off. I was bashed and questioned on the stand by the other party, and when it was his turn to bring up all the ILLEGAL actions of my ex, didn’t say a word to them. Actually didn’t even call her to the stand! Worse experience of my life, the custody orders that were submitted for me to review were totally different than what was agreed to in court. I told him I wanted to go back to court because the orders were not right, and he told me I would have to pay for the other attorneys fees and court costs!!! Please do not ever hire this man!! He will earn his attorney rates doing a secretaries job!!!!

I would rate this person zero if there was that rating available. In a case/ hearing that was a slam dunk, this guy said almost nothing, literally. I basically had to present all the facts, and reasoning to the judge. It was like this lawyer was a spectator. Waste hiring him.

As a single parent of one child, I needed help in filing a restraining order from an abusive, stalking, threatening ex. After about six months of saving up for legal help, I went to see Mr. Dudley, since I had heard he was not easily intimidated. He listened to my case and seemed very willing to help, up until I told him who my ex is. Someone well known and well off, financially, yet very controlling, abusive and crooked. I told him I had already gone to the police and filed a report, but without any physical evidence they couldn't help me! He told me I needed to grow a back bone and stand up to my ex because there was nothing he or the court could do. Charged me over $500 dollars for the consult and pretty much kicked me out the door. What happened to initial consultations were they provide legal COUNSEL or advice/help? Then people wonder why women and children are filling up the Women's Shelters...... I was worse off than when I went in, feeling hopeless, scared, and broke. I guess it still all boils down to how much money you have.

I had this attorney represent me in custody issues. I chose him because he is board certified in family law. I felt that he gave me very bad legal advice, and on the multiple occassions he represented me in court, the results were not to my satisfaction when he advised (incorrectly) that we had a high probablity of success. Lastly, he personally sent me an email accusing me in a confrontational manner that I had not paid my legal bills when if fact I was 100% paid for all services. When I checked directly to confirm this with his office staff, and wrote him back to tell him this, no apology from him.
