I would first like to add that Lupe Gonzalez was very professional, precise, and attentive, everyone that I dealt with at Herman and Herman, too name a few Kendra, Connie and Yolanda were always very nice and helpful when I called or walked into the office, remembering that I had just been through a traumatic accident.
