I was involved in an accident sometime June this year, and I was not sure how everything worked as it was my first major accident. The Herman & Herman team assigned to my case was greatly helpful and professional with my case. I’d specifically thank Ms. Pita as she was my main point of contact for this process and she made it seamless and was very reassuring through it all. All of my questions were answered and I felt like my settlement was fair to my injuries, which has helped me with all of the aftermath of my accident.

Boy, oh boy, where do I even begin with this firm? How they have all these positive reviews I have not a clue! It started out with me having one attorney who was,” one of The best on the firm” According to another lawyer that was representing Herman and Herman. I then get switched to another lawyer, whose name Is Jasmine and she works with a Crystal and Helen I do believe. They have ran me circles with lying to me, not calling back when they say they will, switching up the policy, and doing what they can to come up on my money. I just signed for $30,000 and I’ll be lucky to get five grand back.The only way they were going to give me a loan was if I left them a good review with several things to include! I was never able to finish my medical procedures, I still owe medical Bills. The only thing I think that they deserve five stars for is for disappointing Someone who was only trying to put money in their pockets from the beginning. I have an app on my phone which records every phone convo I have automatically and I literally have every discussion made with these lawyers along with emails, hell even texts reguarding that loanwhich in detail show that they are a crooked firm!I was screwed out Most of my settlement, still waiting three months later after signing for my check, which just gets smaller and smaller as the weeks go by from the day I signed! I do not, I do not, I do not recommend you use this firm! If you do by some chance, end up don’t say I didn’t warn you! I will be reaching out to some attorneys regarding this matter!

Never in a million years would I recommend this firm to anyone who needs help. The only reason I'm still with them is because I can not legally change now. Had my accident in January and they promised 3-6 months then at 6 month mark they changed my attorney and she hyped her self up like she was going to get things done. Silly me to believe them. Now almost 10 months in they have told me twice my check is almost ready that is in accounting and they "promise" in 7-10 days I'll be paid out but I've heard that twice and every time something new comes up or slipped thru the cracks. The employees are so quick to let you know the previous person working on case was at fault but I'm starting to think they are all incompetent. And nobody from Herman and Herman better reach out and try to get me to change this review cause I'm not. Last time yall got me to change my review with promises of doing better but I'm not going to sit her and lie for yall.
