Lucky us!!! I am so glad to have contacted Herman and Herman. My daughter had been involved in a car accident twice a couple of months apart. The first one happened on a Friday night, she was okay but hurting really bad and with out a car. I started calling around Saturday morning and all I got was answering services and to call back Monday at 8. I had just about gave up and was going to wait until Monday morning when I heard "Herman and Herman, this is Hector". I thought once again another answering service. Nope it really was Hector. He took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. He was polite and understanding all at once. I knew he was out and about on a Saturday afternoon but he still made it a point to make sure I knew that my daughters concern was his concern also. He never once rushed me off the phone. Come Monday morning just like he said he had an appointment ready for my daughters therapy so she can start attending immediately. He was there ANYTIME I called to speak to him concerning my case. He was always pleasant and never in a foul mood. Once our case was over he shook my hand and said that he was there for us day or night just to give him a call. WELL lucky him he didn't get rid of us right away. This time it was the school calling at 6:18 AM that the bus my daughter was traveling on had been involved in an accident with an 18 wheeler. It was devastating to hear that but fortunately it was a minor accident, but once again Hector put the wheels in motion for us...At six o'clock in the morning!!! I am very very impressed with Herman and Herman and would recommend everyone to give them a call and be ready to get treated like an actual person and not just another case. Every case is different of course but what really matters is the way you are treated and cared for. Go ahead, don't hesitate, call them.
