No attention

So far not very good.... Had my accident in May of this year... The people I guess I’m working with really don’t care because I guess I’m not a million dollar client... I’ve done everything I was supposed to do... Yet every time I call to inquire about my case it’s the same thing ... they are still gathering paperwork.... since October how long does it take to gather paperwork? And of course they haven’t yet to call me ? I’m the one that always calls... since the accident of course it’s hard trying to play catch up.. but of course they could care less... so i really don’t know what to think? But when I call tomorrow it’s gonna be the same thing... we are still gathering paperwork....

Not run well.

Catarina was very helpful and polite... but apparently I did not have a case. They could not help me even though I had pictures and a witness ....After thinking about it I went to another local attorney who did take my case and was willing to listen and care about me and my injuries. I feel that at Herrman and Herrman they felt there was not enough of a big win to even try... and that's sad because I had great things about them

SAMANTHA AND LISA ARE A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY I WAS HAVING SOME ISSUES AND MADE A APPOINTMENT WITH DEBRA THE OPERATIONS MANGER. SHE LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINTS AND WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND SHOWED EMPATHY FOR MY PROBLEMS, SHE SAID TO GIVE HER A COUPLE OF DAYS AND SHE WOULD GET ME ANSWERS ON MY QUESTIONS AND WOULD SPEAK TO MR HERRMAN ON A PERSONAL ISSUE I HAD. GAVE SHE SAID SHE WASNT AWARE OF THE TROUBLE I HAD GONE THRU AND THAT I HAD REFERED 4 PEOPLE TO YOUR FIRM. SO I CALLED LAST FRIDAY (AUGUST 9TH)AND SHE GOT ME THE ANSWER ON MY QUESTION ABOUT MY CASE AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD HOPEFULLY HAVE A ANSWER BY END OF DAY LAST FRIDAY ON THE PERSONAL ISSUE I ASKED HER TO HELP ME WITH.. I TOLD HER IF SHE COULD TALK TO MR HERRMAN AND IT WOULD BE OKAY TO CALL ME MONDAY OR TUESDAY BECAUSE THE ISSUE WAS TIME SENSITIVE. I CALLED YESTERDAY (THURSDAY TH 15TH TO FOLLOW UP) AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS BUSY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK AT HER COVIENCE. SHE WAS REALLY NICE THE FIRST DAY WHEN I TALKED TO HER. I WAS SO HAPPY I GAVE HER 5 STARS ON A REVIEW. SHE GAVE ME HOPE SHE COULD HELP ME. NOW ITS BEEN OVER TO WEEKS AND I THINK SHE EITHER FORGOT TO TALK TO MR HERRMAN OR SHE IS BLOWING ME OFF. I REALLY NEED HELP. THEIR MOTTO IS THEY CARE ABOUT MY FAMILY BUT I AM FEELING THE LOVE RIGHT NOW. I AM IN DIRE NEED AND DO NOT FEEL LIKE THEY CARE.

I called Herman and Herman after slipping on a dock in Rockport, tx. and breaking his neck in 2 places. They sent us things we had to sign and said they would take our case while he was still in the hospital. We only heard from them if we called them and insisted on an update. After 1 year and 2 months they decided they did not want to take it to court. I will have to have pain management shots and therapy the rest of my life and they got us nothing. Where he feel off the dock there was no railing to catch yourself with and they still have not added one to date. They did finally add slippery when wet signs. Whoopee. Like that is going to protect people on a public fishing dock. So I do not recommend them.

I haven't personally had any experience with this firm. However after a loved one has I can tell you unless something major changes I would not recommend this firm. When a lawyer doesn't show any professionalism towards a client thus treating them like they are a waste of their time I am already not impressed, add in the side comments and case closed. Moreover, an attorney should not be taking over 9 months on a simple fender bender case. If an attorney is so soured by a case they can't do their job performance as they should then perhaps they should practice something other than law.
