Inconsistent responsiveness to client communication
“They literally never answer their phones or sms. law must be a hobby and not a career. They represented my fiance and rarely responded to me, and then i attempted to rehire them, because they are already familiar with the case, and we need paperwork handled to lower his sentence, Ive been calling for 3 days, and still no response. Just lazy.”
