My daughter, an owner of a townhome in Corpus Christi, was fighting an HOA that abused the CC&R rules to favor the board. I had the privilege of litigating against Jeff for about 18 months in a major injury/wrongful death case, with lots of risk for both parties. He litigated with professionalism and skill far beyond his years. I had an odd case on which I needed representation, one in which attorneys and the courts have little experience or exposure. I was literally out of time and going to have to represent myself "pro se" since none of the previous 20 attorneys I contacted were willing to represent me. He listened, and he cared just like he was fighting for a member of his own family. In fewer than four days, Jeff was able to piece together the best defense possible even though our position was tenable at best. When it came to the hearing, Jeff was more than prepared to not only present my case in the best possible way but to throw the City's attorney on the ropes, leaving them to grasp at straws to prove their case. Ultimately, we won, and my dog, Rusty, wasn't killed by Animal Control despite having a vendetta against and an overwhelming desire to kill him. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. If you ever require legal representation, let Jeff take care of you. Listen to the advice he gives because it's sound, and don't underestimate him. He may be a young professional, but he'll be a giant in his fields of specialty very soon. I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude enough for what Jeff did for Rusty and me. In the future, I'll definitely seek his representation again if it's needed again!

Working with Jeff was an absolute pleasure. He provided the help I needed, along with sound, practical advice. He negotiated a settlement quickly. He was professional and courteous throughout, even updating us regularly to make sure we always knew what was going on. As a general rule, things aren't great if you're seeking legal counsel.
