I will forever be thankful for how Kim handled my custody case. She is very knowledgeable about the laws, and got the job done. She made sure things were set for the best interest of my child. I wish I had her in my first trial.

This was the worst experience I paid her $300 for a 15-20min phone call with her hardly saying anything.. When I called her office several time to get process started Cause I didn’t wanna lose out on my $300 I get no response at all from Kim or her office.. Horrible!! She scam me for my $300 didn’t even get my 1hr consultation or a call back I went with her cause I heard she’s the best talk about over price and a scammer. I wouldn’t recommend her to nobody EVER..

BE SMART! HIRE BIANCA! IF GOOGLE LET ME GIVE TEN STARS I WOULD! Where do I start. Oh yeah, this woman is amazing. She is the HBIC I was looking for when I was looking for an attorney to represent me. If your looking for someone to represent your family, she’s definitely the one. Her staff in her office are great too. Christina’s my all time favorite! All of these women are caring and sincere but also ready to do whatever it takes to fight for you in your case. The legal system and having to fight for custody of your children is not something I’d wish on my worst enemy. It’s hard on everyone. For a single independent mom of two kids, starting over can be extremely scary but having these women by my side as I fought for my son was empowering and by far one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I want to try to review an excellent Lawyer in just a few words that are being written down by just a simple man. The Office of Bianca Medina is at a Standard that is on point and on a direction that is prepared with guidance disposition and care for doing the right thing. This Lawyer not only save me from my Divorce that had gone so wrong with my first lawyer Mr. Vela. I fired him and Bianca took my case to help me and my out come was outstanding. Attorney Bianca Medina also help me again with my Son and my custody battle for him. The information provide by Bianca Medina to the 28th Dist Court was outstanding and with my examples of damaged and failures actions by and from his mother all associated information use was again on point and in the end Bianca Medina save the life of a young man and child. I would recommend This Office and Bianca Medina over and over again no questions. The Court rule was for my Son to stay with me and also was given court order for child support by the Texas Child Support disbursement for my son and me. They knew exactly what to do in my case and made sure I was treated fairly in my case. Really liked all the ladies that worked there cause they made sure I was taken care of and knew all the details of my case at all times. Bianca is there for her clients. Would recommend them to anyone.
