I actually give Herman and Herman half a star. I first contacted them back in September 21 2022. I had severe whip lash from getting rear ended in a vehicle accident. My team of lawyers said I had a winning case but they just gave me the run for 7 months and told me litigation would be to expensive for Herman and Herman to proceed with my case and terminated my contract. I would not use Herman and Herman to represent you for any lawsuit case.
