Dan Davis has represented me for almost 20 years. His representation of me and my company included everything from contract work to probate to assisting with litigation. He is not a trial lawyer but he always assisted and put me in competent hands. I think that the length of time that I have employed him as my attorney speaks for itself. I didn't always like what he told me, but I always felt he gave me the best device. I probably only have one criticism of him and that is he didn't always complete matters as quickly as I would've liked.

I found Mr. Davis to be very creative is resolving problems that I encountered in selling my business and real estate. He knew answers to most questions I asked and got back to me on the ones he didn't know. He was difficult to get ahold of a couple times, but that is my only negative comment. His fees were not cheap, but in the scheme of things and considering what he did, very reasonable.
