Very helpful, very professional

Make sure you get a Detailed list of the services you are going to pay him for in a Written agreement from him. If you do not get it in writing from him he will do minimal work, have you do all the work and make you think he did something. He had agreed to one thing and only took my money for paperwork I knew how to do myself, he also had me do everything that he could have looked up easier. Feel free to request proof and I will happily send you copies of our emails! Even where he stated that I'll get no more from him and I need to stop emailing him. Edit in response to his: I had specifically asked for a Deed and if all he was going to do was set up Heirship that I could do that and did not need him, the only reason I need a lawyer is specifically to get a deed. He stated in the email he would do what he was hired to do. He took my money to do heirships only and he did not hold to his word and knew I did not have the money to just throw away like that. I am now in the process of dealing with another lawyer to clean up the mess he made because he did no research and put in the wrong information. Was extremely appreciative up until I realized he took my money for something I could have done myself.
