This is a terrible law firm ... you have to call 20 times for the simpliest task ... their portal is trash their staff is inadequate everyone is lost or stupid they have managers for managers and their in a piss ant town like they are California lawyers... good luck ever getting one of the super lawyers to contact you they are to do good ... they will blow thru your retainer with 5$ an hr competent employees for 300$ an hour this is by far the worst law firm I have ever dealt with retain at your own risk

Don't waste your money

I’ve said the same thing every time and Mrs. Keathley is just not grasping it. This little app they use is worthless. It shows they don’t care about their clients. The firm didn’t submit anything till August 1. I told Mr. Keathley all this needed to be handled before April 22. I paid them two months before that and if I didn’t give them 1 star on google I probably would have never heard from them and just been out $3500. When I did call they couldn’t even find my information in their system. Then they blamed me for not using their portal that nobody told me about. Worst law firm ever. Consistently dropped the ball, and responded with nothing but excuses and rebuttals. Complete waste of time and money. Basically gave them $3500 to tell me what I already knew.

I was very pleased with the outcome of the service I received from this company. They keep you informed on what’s going and if they are not available they give you numbers and emails to reach out.

We would highly recommend Mr. Steve Keathley - He is an excellent lawyer! He was very kind, caring, and concerned for our situation with our daughter. (And concerned for our daughter) He was always very calm, and he gave us options on how we could handle the stressful situation. We feel like we were able to get the best possible outcome for our daughter's case. We felt like he was available to us - His firm has a portal where he was able to communicate and share documents with his clients. We always felt in the loop on what was going on and if we ever needed to talk, he was available to meet with us or have a conference call. I would use this law firm again if needed.
