“And they have continued to prosecute me or try to prosecute me for the last 4 years. Recently we went into court after the judge had set a per diem for my defense at $7,500. He also set my bond at an impressive $5,000 cash considering that the maximum fine for a class A misdemeanor is only $4,000 this is a very oppressive move.”
