Took nearly half of my settlement without me even going to trial. Bad with keeping me updated.. Case settled, I received my check 4 months later. You get hurt, and they get paid. I'll recommend trying elsewhere if you want to avoid disappoint!

Didn't get any help.....

I was rear-ended almost a year ago at first godsey Martin was on the ball I got calls from several different people and everybody was willing to help I went to treatment and then my treatment ended in November of 2018 that's when things went south. I kept calling my representative who repeatedly told me assured me it's okay that they are waiting on the insurance company on these things take time. fast forward now it's April and I'm getting a strange call from them as to why my case is not settled yet like I'm supposed to know come to figure out they never turned in my medical bills and payment information so the insurance company could paythis was at this point blamed on the young lady handling my case I was moved to a new caseworker she moves things along speedily to try to close my case I applaud her for that then my case went into negotiation with the insurance company I spoke to a mr. Nick cheers this rude individual informs me that the insurance company is going to settle for a very low amount and then tells meeting my best interest to accept that because my injuries are not that bad at which point I asked him if he has ever experienced the kind of back injuries I have and he Ben tells me that my injuries are not that severe even though I had herniated discs in my spine it is not that serious and went as far as to tell me he has been through a lot worse than I have so it is not that serious is this the kind of people this company has representing them these people are a joke I would not recommend anybody to ever use this in this company ever again after ignoring me for 6 months which the other representative told me my payment should have been put in since November no they have this guy who is insensitive ridiculing my injuries insinuating that my herniated discs in my back are not serious his exact words "that's nothing I have been through worse"a like I am insignificant I would not recommend these guys to anybody and if Nick cheers is your rep RUN

I just want to say Amanda did an awesome job. Any time I reach out to her, I always got a response. With COVID-19 she still did what needed to be done. I really appreciate her. Thank you Amanda

I loved working with Priscilla Nowlin, she is the best!!! She made sure I knew everything going on with my case, even during this pandemic.

What can be said about Cecilia Espinoza beside the absolute fact that she is amazing!! I was in a car accident; not the first one I've had but the first was i was severely injured in and my very first time needing representation for. An injury that for me in my life/work of was was somewhat debilitating. I told her that I didn't want/need some massive settlement. I just wanted to be treated fairly by the insurance company of the guy who cause the accident due to his negligence. Cecilia and GM did just that! I was able to return to work and function in the capacity expected of me due to me being able to receive the proper medical care and I thank her for all of her guidance to get me there. She checked on me and provided updates constantly; she's truly a woman of her word!! Rarely have I been treated so wonderfully by a service provider. Cecilia is a Godsend and I really hope that she gets back all the good she puts out tenfold!!
