I would like to say I’m very thankful that I reached out to I Just Got Hit for my daughter Bryenna and Grandson. My daughter spoke with Yovanna Torres and she was amazing she broke everything down for us to understand and very patient. My daughter has never been through this process and she was so nervous but Yovanna has made the it very comforting for us . Again Thanks for making this process less stressful.

I had a really great experience with them. They keep me informed with my case and gave me updates. And my payout was not done quickly.

I will be coming up on 1 year April 19 since I was T boned by a commercial gravel truck. I have gotten nothing from this law firm but empty promises and unreturned phone calls. The amount they are basically forcing me to settle for, doesn't even scratch the surfaces of my loss, doesn't even cover all of the hospital bills, not to mention I will be dealing with a permanent injury the rest of my life. The lawyer even had the nerve to insinuate that I was trying to get rich. Instead of recovering my losses, which are very easy to do the math on. Even then I can't get in touch with anyone regarding the piss poor settlement. I read these reviews prior to contacting them. My regret is that I didn't listen, and now I am living to pay for it. Take my advice and go with another firm, don't waste your time with these smooth talking liars, that don't return calls, or fight for what is fair for you.

Godsey Martin has been great. They got me in to a therapist quickly. Despite my frustration that the case wasn’t moving fast enough, I realized that the other guy’s insurance company was playing games, and to be patient.
