I can't say enough good things about Lyons & Simmons. My case was small in comparison to many cases, but I never felt small. Stephen Higdon always made me feel heard and seen all the while keeping me informed through every step of the process. He was compassionate, kind, and always available when I had questions. His scope of knowledge on the details of my case and all the parties involved was extensive. I wouldn't want anyone else representing me.

After a severe motorcycle accident These guys helped me find a good path to take as far as moving forward in a time that was extremely chaotic and confusing. I am sure this is a lovely firm. I can't say for sure because they didn't do me the courtesy of even having an attorney or paralegal contact me. I sent them a lot of information of a doctor that has done me wrong. I have suffered for 13 long months in the worst pain I've ever been in. A newspaper article touted them as winning a lawsuit with a situation similar to mine. They send me a letter referring me out. That didn't work out so I contacted them again begging them to at least contact me and tell me what to do. The girls at the front are awesome. She said she would hand deliver that to an attorney. In addition , I've worked as a legal assistant and even offered to do a lot of the work myself with timeline and getting my medical records in order. They still didn't do me the courtesy of a phone call. Like I said I'm sure they're okay but they don't seem to care about people who are in a situation they feel is desperate. What a difference of phone call would have made.
