Destructive firm that represents everything wrong in this world today.

We are still trying to rebuild from what appears to be deliberate destruction to everything your company touched in the debt box case. You caused suffering we couldn’t ever have imagined during the TRO. Everything from not paying people who had to walk off the job sites of the brewery and oil Riggs to not watering our grow facility in Colorado causing hundreds of millions of dollars in damages….. on top of all the families who worked there who lost their homes….this was such a slap in the face of the people who worked there and others who bought in to these projects. We still are wanting justice for these evil acts of neglect. Needless pain and suffering when there has been no fraud ever found. This criminal syndicate has to go down.

Your recent handling of the DEBTbox case where you deliberately neglected your receivership responsibilities, which left many people jobless and impacted thousands more, is nothing short of criminal. My only hope is that judicial system treats you accordingly now.

Your dubious collaboration with the S.E.C. in the D.E.B.T. Box case decimated lives and is costing the taxpayer well over $1m! $747,000 for hucking up the financial situation of 13000+ people! You can seize assets overnight, but take months to return them. Despicable behaviour! 1 star (as a rating is required). Jail would be more appropriate.
