Mr Lowe was a great attorney to me he was always on time with court dates and was very knowledgeable about the federal criminal laws , he was very helpful to get me on probation and out of probation, I will always recommend him he’s by far the best attorney in DFW. If you in some trouble call up Attorney Lowe.

My son ended up on the wrong side of the law several years ago. His situation was a long, drawn-out and extremely complicated one that involved state and federal charges. Although he was facing a hefty federal sentence, Michael’s knowledge of the inner workings of the “system”, paired with his criminal defense experience on the opposite side, resulted in my son receiving the minimum sentence allowable by law. As if that wasn’t enough, Michael was successful in having two state cases dismissed. It’s been a roller-coaster ride that no parent or family would ever want to be on. Fortunately for us, Michael was there the whole time, navigating through this mess to several very positive outcomes. I am grateful for making that one phone call to Michael several years ago and absolutely 100% recommend him should you need the best criminal defense attorney around.

This man assumed I was guilty and would only offer me to take prison time for a crime I didn't do. Thankfully, my next attorney saved my life at trial and got me a not guilty verdict. I don't recommend Michael Lowe as he was ready to strip me of my family and make me go to PRISON for something I was later found innocent for. He's afraid of the courtroom and told me I shouldn't go to trial because I would lose so I should accept prison time.

If you find yourself in the shocking and surreal world where your adult child's behaviors related to IDD and mental health trauma are treated as criminal, Michael Lowe is who you call. When I was calling around initially, I found so few lawyers who understood or even cared to try to understand my son's disability and I felt so uneasy talking to them. I can not put into words the level of panic and fear racing through me during this time of utter shock and bewilderment as to the fact it was even happening! But then I spoke to Michael, and I immediately felt peace and knew by his kindness that he understood and I finally felt heard, and I felt hope. Our first meeting with Michael, he put my son with Down syndrome at ease and assured him everything would work out. As a single mom, his empathy and compassion towards my finances were also appreciated as he charged me a flat fee only, and our case took 2.5 years to complete. The goal was always to have the case dismissed and Michael accomplished that goal. My son has now been treated for his mental health, is healing from his trauma and is leading the life he was meant to have. I never in a million years thought my family would go through something like this, and I had zero awareness until now that our special needs community needed an advocate for our adult kids who suddenly land in the criminal justice system.
