Mr.Lowe is a virtuous, ethical, levelheaded attorney who goes above expectations to make sure his clients’ results in these very unfortunate times in their life are handled fairly. Being that my situation was my first time ever dealing with law officials and not having knowledge of how the laws can be manipulated , I was susceptible to being unjustly charged. I was charged with a very serious felony which resulted in an extremely low emotional point in my life. Mr.Lowe’s creditials were what lead me to him. Mr.Lowe and his assistant, Lani reassured me that everything will be okay. The process was long and stressful but knowing I had such an astounding attorney took some of the anxiety away. Call it what you will, but I truly believe Mr.Lowe was my guardian angel in the process. Even when I felt defeated and wanted to give up and accept a plea, his masterly account of law resulted in my case being dismissed. He is a phenomenal attorney. If you’re wanting someone that cares about YOUR best interest, I strongly suggest hiring him.

Michael is awesome. He was very concerned about my case when i came in for my initial consultation and when it came down to business he knows what he was talking about. Thank you Michael for the ease of stress leading to my early release from felony probation. I recommend attorney Michael lowe for any Judicial issue! Mr.lowe gave me and my husband a new beginning and chance to start over which I am enternaly grateful for!! Michael did a good job handling my case. Was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. Was always able to get a fast response when I ever had a question, and if he was not available I also got quick responses from his assistant. Would definitely recommend.

This has been quite a long an interesting journey for me. I am a consultant by training so before I chose Michael Lowe as my attorney, I did a thorough internet search on him. I went on his LinkedIn, looked up what law school he went to, I even checked his Instagram page. I had to know who I will be hiring to help me with some legal issues I had placed myself in. I even found out he spent his Christmas vacation in Naples, FL; this is how much I dug into this guy. I mean this guy's LinkedIn page is full of articles about jurisprudence, law, etc. The guy is brilliant! So at the end, I knew who I was dealing with. He had earned my trust even though this happened later after I had hired him. So I came clean with him about the real issues I was dealing with. Telling your defense attorney everything upfront is probably the smartest thing you can ever do; and I failed to do this early on. Telling Michael everything upfront made him away of all the blind spots and any potential surprises. I now get it. Crafting a winning strategy was a lot easier with all the facts on the table. My two cases were dismissed. It was painful because I was working out of state but still had to fly in to court on a weekday for 12 months but Michael made it work out. There were times when I felt like giving up, but Michael at one of our meetings even raised his voice at me asking me to stay focused and remain on target. And in retrospect I am thankful for that day because I was ready to give up. Final thoughts: Please be upfront with your defense attorney. Withholding information the worst thing you can do. No one should get into legal trouble and just expect to walk out of it with no pain or struggle. But trust me, the struggles are worth it when your case will ultimately get dismissed. Michael never raised my expectations but injected me with realism and worst case scenarios that way I was prepared mentally all along. And one day, boom! Charges got dismissed. (These were some pretty serious charges). Professionalism: Five Stars Responsiveness: Five Stars Presentation: Five Stars (This guy walks into the courthouse as though he is going to represent a Mafia boss with an impeccably ironed suit, hair well done, shoes polished; every day in court felt like a scene out of a mafia movie).

My brother hired this guy and had an experience much like Bryan's experience. He didn't prepare for the case and talked him into a last minute plea. I warned my brother about this attorney as I would ask what was going on with his case and he never had any new information. He had over a year to prepare and didn't take any time to get the details or interview people who had information in regards to his case. He made sure to collect over 30k from my brother and thats all he did. The day before his court date he tells my brother to take a plea, making him think it was no big deal. Later that week he starts finding out all the consequences to his plea. He has much bigger problems and will have to hire another attorney to deal with this guys lack of ethics.

We haven't actually hired this attorney yet, but came across him when I was looking for an attorney for my boyfriend who's trying to beat a pretty serious charge. I won't go into much detail, but I called this attorney's office on behalf of my friend and was told by Mr. Michael Lowe's assistant to tell my boyfriend to call so that they could get the situation from him and see what they could do to help him...Fine, no problem. I gave my boyfriend his phone number and told him to call the attorney's office and explain his situation as I was instructed. My boyfriend didn't want to tell his assistant anything really because of the simple fact he feels the only person should know about the case IS the attorney, which I don't really blame him I mean we're talking about a relatively serious charge here, so of course you want to be careful in this particular situation who you volunteer information for. He did however lay down the basics of the case to the assistant and then she replied "Well you actually don't need an attorney you can do this yourself" Well DUHH!! Of course he can do it himself...The problem is with this case is it's in his best interest to employ an attorney. She emailed him a bunch of papers to read over and we haven't heard anything else back. We'd really like to hire this attorney as I trust all of these 5 star reviews are real testimonies and I feel like he will render great results especially since my boyfriends case is pretty cut and dry, but his assistant didn't even offer to have my boyfriend come in for a consultation to speak with the lawyer to see if he could even help him which I'm sure he can. We need to employ a lawyer and would really like to get Mr. Michael Lowe hired, but we need someone from this office to contact us as soon as possible so we can get scheduled for a consultation and see just how great of an attorney Mr. Lowe is. UPDATE: So, my boyfriend was able to make contact with Mr. Lowe through his personal cell, it looks as if my assumption was right :) He's definitely satisfied with the consultation and would like to hire Mr. Lowe because while he stated for his particular case he wouldn't be able to just dismiss it, there are other steps that he can take to render favorable results on his behalf. With that being said I've upgraded my 3 stars to a 5. We're definitely hiring this attorney!!! I also wanted to apologize as I wasn't giving Mr. Lowe a bad review, only speaking on the experience we had speaking with his assistant, but he stated his case, the legal advice was given &....My boyfriend definitely wants to hire Mr. Lowe as an attorney!!!!

Michael lowe took really good care of me and my cases yes cases I had 5 cases pending on me and he got 2 of them dismissed and got me on an easy probation for the rest and if you complete it successfully it won't get on your record, my cases were all over the news yes it was on the news, I really thought I was going to do jail time and all my friends and family also thought I was going to jail time because it was really serious cases but thank god i didnt and thank Michael Lowe for making sure i didnt do any jail time. I highly recommend Michael lowe to work on your felonies and misdemeanors if you don't wanna go to jail he will take on anything even if the cases that were on the news. Thanks Michael Lowe for everything UPDATE 02/06/2020 I hired attorney Michael Lowe again for the third time and he got my case dismissed I highly reccomend you hire him if you want to stay out of jail and want the best lawyer in Texas. His rates are 150% worth it, not like some other lawyers that are over priced and for nothing Michael Lowe is the best lawyer in Texas guranteed!
