Poor intake and client onboarding process
“The intake process is terrible. Instead of wanting to talk to you they make you fill out an online form then somebody emails you saying that will not represent you.”

Potential lack of transparency and communication
“One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm.”
