I had a very good experience with Hamilton Wingo. They were very professional and Patient with me and gave me all the direction and assistance I needed. They helped set up my doctor visits and were kind enough to follow up with me on my appointments. If I could give a negative star, I would. If you want an incompetent and horrible lawyer, he's the guy. He is the true definition of: Ineffective Assistance of Counsel. In 5 years, COUNT - 5, he didn't interview one character witness or investigate the case on his own. Appeared to be to working for the prosecution. I'd bet money on it. He is HORRIBLE. Most of his cases are court appointed, so if you get him, don't expect much. He was not a good advocate and really needs to be disbarred. If you're indigent or can't afford to pay, request a new attorney. He needs to be investigated.
