Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the firm
“I have been dealing with them for the pas”
2
Frequent turnover of attorneys handling cases
“I had 2 different attorneys that were working for me quit. it extended my case having to repeat me self to different people what my goals were, which was very frustrating.”
3
Difficulty in retrieving refunds or accessing funds held in trust
“Only reason why they are getting 2 stars is because they won my case.Mainly because the attorney I had there was amazing. But they drove her off near the end of my case and that's when everything went down hill. My case ended in February and I have been waiting for my reimbursement from my trust with them. They have continually said they have sent a check in the mail. But it never comes, I have called multiple times and asked that they wire it back to my account for a month straight and they still refuse to do so.”
4
Unethical billing practices and lack of transparency
“Their billing practices not only unethical but also doesn't aligned Texas Disciplinary and Professional Conduct regulations. They consistently prioritized their profit over my best interests, inflating invoices with excessive hours and charging for unperformed work.”
5
Lack of attention to client's needs and failure to follow through on commitments
“Despite my plea for them to engage in discussion with the defendant settlement before pre-trial, they ignored my interests entirely and prolonged the case for their own financial gain.”
