Attorney Shawn Laney or paralegal Lauren Jacob were available to answer questions or return calls in a timely manner. Mr. Laney seems knowledgeable about probate law. If Ms Jacob didn't know something, she would find out. Ms Jacob helped me gain experience with Zoom to make me ready for Court appearance. Billing practices have been transparent and understandable.
