The practices of Udeshi Law Firm regarding billing are similar to daylight robbery, nearing on outright theft. I strongly advised against utilizing their services. Initially recommended by the Texas Bar Association for a complimentary consultation, I was greeted warmly by Kunal Udeshi, who assured me of his capabilities to handle my case. However, communication swiftly diminished once their retainer fee was paid. Emails were deliberately ignored, and when I attempted to follow up with phone calls, I was charged for them. Despite the ease of email communication, they opted for phone calls, seemingly to impose additional charges. Despite my plea for them to engage in discussion with the defendant settlement before pre-trial, they ignored my interests entirely and prolonged the case for their own financial gain. Upon realizing everything, I terminated their services and decided to go pro se, which proved more advantageous than continuing with their dismal representation. Their billing practices not only unethical but also doesn't aligned Texas Disciplinary and Professional Conduct regulations. They consistently prioritized their profit over my best interests, inflating invoices with excessive hours and charging for unperformed work. Additionally, the attorney assigned to me, Monique, displayed consistent rudeness and dismissiveness, yet charges persisted. While their representation at pre-trial was inadequate. The firm's lack of reliability left me with no trust in their services. Despite disputing unreasonable charges and requesting a refund, they continue to ignore my emails. Consequently, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the State Bar of Texas. This firm doesn't even deserve a single star rating. To me dealings with them proves to be more challenging than handling the case itself. I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs to spare yourself from major frustration, headache and potential financial loss.

I called this attorney 2 years because I believe in black business and had a friend from Dallas that was locked up near El Paso we couldn't find an attorney nor a bails bond willing to help so I called Andrew even doe he didn't work that far out he was still very resourceful to us especially since I was calling him very last in the evening.. 2024 I was locked up and the 1st attorney that came to mind was definitely Andrew my original lawyer had been with basically 16 years on the charge I hired Andrew on my original lawyer had completely screwed me on over n over to the point i was sent to tdcj grounds on twice ive never been allowed a bond on this case there aint even any evidence i committed this crime but the lawyer never cared. After consulting with Andrew I didn't have to tell him what I wanted he basically read my mind and told me what we were going to file for in court a few days later after paying him off I was able to get a bun the first time ever on this case and was able to find out the same day thanks to Andrew you are the best African-American attorney in all of Dallas

This law firm is amazing and that is an understatement to the truth. They were on it immediately and was able to take a habitual no bond reversed into a reinstatement without having to pay the bond agency w/o a monitoring anklet or terms of bond within 24 hours. My praises are unable to be verbally conveyed any of my amazement, I would recommend them to any and all individuals first above anyone else. P.s. Probably the worst company to deal with. They aren't very responsive and don't keep updates as needed. I've had a case for over a year and still can't get any information. They still have my start up $$ of 5,000.00 and I can't even get a call back. I want my $$ back to hire someone else. I can't even get a call back. 😒. The worst customer service ever. Sad. I guess I lost 5,000.00. Horrible place ever. If I could give zero all the way across I would.
