my attorney help me with my divorce he was great and compassionate.

He collected my info and then said He doesn't work on that. Which should have been otherwise. One star.

Attorney arrogant and sensitive to handicap needs.

After scheduling an appointment for a Attorney and see if we qualify for free legal aid we came in for visit. Our appointment was for wrongful eviction. Our Attorney Maryann was very helpful and patient she went over process to take at court for eviction and appeal. We were screened for inability to afford payment of court costs and appeal bond. These funds and services are taken from the Texas Access to Justice Foundation and Legal Services Corp.

June 15th, 2017 I qualified for aid. Had a meeting with Attorney Maryanne D'Aniello that went well. Was told that I would know in 2 weeks if they would take my case. 7 weeks later I have tried to contact Ms. D'Aniello through the phone AND email and failed. I have talked to and left messages for Patricia who initially took my info. She told me she would leave Ms. D'Aniello a note to call me. That was two weeks ago. Left a message for Patricia yesterday and today. My hearing is on July 11th and I still have no idea what I should do and it be nice to have some. I feel like I'm being ignored and left in the cold.

The employees are so helpful

Scant advice on phone call. Robot advice is not intelligible. Finally, I decided to call Lawyer Referral Association instead.

Three stars only because it's my first dealings with them and it's for custody of a child cps says doesn't exist.
