Really need to work on their follow up. Accept the case and then avoid contact with their client, ludicrous. At least tell your clients you're dropping the case

Very kind and helpful. They practice family law (that's what I've seen them practice). My lawyer is amazing and I'm sure others there will assist you with as much vigor and tenacity.

So my husband passed and I needed to probate a will hence no money trying to keep the mortgage and bills not counting doctor bills anywho got a letter saying I was denied Call for explanation never called me back. Since tried to do a minument of title on my own was told to bring attorney now had to file bankruptcy to keep the property. still waiting on call back for assistance Thanks legal aid 👍👍👍

They didn't help me out of a lease in black mold house because I am disabled and don't know the law and was throwing up every and not able to breathe and had to get out. The landlord said I could move, then trashed my stuff, and they just said sorry. And I went thru three channels.. It was the 3rd channel that denied my help when I was told I had an emergency case twice. The house is now gutted and they wore hazmat gear to do so. How do I know this? My cousin lives next door. How can anyone be ok with landlords who had the tenants prior complain and I did have them state they would right a statement to the judge about their sickness.. And my dog was about dead. And I have no help. 7 months of homeless living on the streets and lost my furniture due to contamination and unable to see my at home nurses and receive my meals on wheels.. So the landlord can fix it up for the next person.. even the city verified it was illegal to rent to me. And I have no case... And they made me stay in down town all day for an evening class I didn't need... That is how helpful they are when someone is in a crisis state... Take a class? No lawyer needed?... And oops the night clerk said... Who ever told you to take a class was wrong. Who in the world is right in that office?
