I came to Flo after being badly rear-ended on Dallas North Tollway. I was 100% not at fault, but the insurance companies were giving me a hard time and not wanting to take responsibility. From our initial conversation to settlement, Flo took all of the stress and weight off my shoulders by taking complete control of the situation. As my attorney he got me excellent medical treatment, and got the insurance companies to claim responsibility for all damages. I learned so much about the process when something like this happens, and quickly realized I could not do it alone if I wanted to keep my sanity intact. I am extremely thankful for Flo as he delivered quick results through: helping me getting my truck totaled out allowing me to get a new one (as the insurance company wanted to take 6 months for repairs and even frame damage that would surely cause future issues), excellent medical treatment from my injuries, and a quick turnaround time on a settlement. I would not have gotten any of that without Flo. If you want a high-level attorney who is professional, communicative and will truly fight for what is owed to you, Flo is your guy. Response times with Flo if I ever had a question were always under 5 minutes. If there was an update, I never had to ask him what it was, he always proactively reached out to me and gave me all the details. I hope you or your loved ones don't ever have to go through something like this, but if you do, you need to call Flo right away.

After I was rear-ended, I was referred to Flo and hiring him was the best decision I could have made. Although I had little damage to my car, I had severe injuries to my neck due to whiplash (over 30K). If it weren't for Flo I would have never been able to afford the necessary corrective treatment and get my pain under control. The claim process took very little of my time or energy because Flo did 99% of the work and that felt good after having such a traumatic experience from the accident. After medical bills were paid, the payment I received was double what I expected. From what I experienced, Flo operates with high morals and integrity. I highly recommend hiring Flo!
