Many of my patient's would choose to work with this law firm because of their honesty, knowledge and experience they both have with personal injury accidents. Jay Murray has a policy called, "fair fee guarantee." This means, he would not charge patients more than what they recovered in the car or 18-wheeler accident. Jay and his staff are wonderful to work with and treated me like family! They took care of everything and made sure I focus on recovering after my accident. They didn't allow the other parties involved or their insurance/representatives bully me. They made the whole process as easy and straight forward as possible! He kept me well informed and was very professional. He settled the case to my satisfaction. I would recommend this firm. They are very thorough and I believe they will fight for their clients. However, it has been over a month and I have been reaching out to him to clarify some information and he has not called or replied. We are still waiting on the settlement. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the recent events.
