Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication in some cases
“I can't say for sure because they didn't do me the courtesy of even having an attorney or paralegal contact me. I sent them a lot of information of a doctor that has done me wrong. I have suffered for 13 long months in the worst pain I've ever been in.”
2
Inconsistency in billing and fee transparency
“Deans and Lyons charges too high to their clients and does not disclose upfront fees during our first meeting with Attorney Kathleen Kilanowski. She charged us $305/hr to Analyze Client's contract for deed and another $427.00 for 1.4 hrs to Analyze Texas Laws pertinent to terminating land-lord tenant relationships. These fees were not made known to us during our initial meeting with Atty. Kilanowski.”
