From my limited experience, it is my belief that an attorney must first, be competent, and second be an excellent communicator. Additionally, if the person is pleasant, all the better for someone who finds themself in a difficult and unpleasant situation. Ms. Tennent meets all three of these criteria with flying colors. First, she handled my case, which had a number of complications, with great ability and the outcome was everything I could have hoped for. Secondly, she communicated openly and directly with me in a timely manner. In a stressful situation, this is of enormous value. Finally, in every single exchange, she was kind, patient, and courteous. I highly recommend her to anyone considering her services.
