I was nervous about signing an NDA agreement presented by a former employer so I called the Rogge Dunn Group. i met Rogge as he represented an employee that had violated our non compete many years ago. I was impressed with his ability to defend his client (my ex employee). Since that time I engaged Rogge on several occasions to represent us with respect of drafting employment agreements, as well as protecting my firms' on non competes. We have always had a positive outcome.

Mr. Dunn lacks any morals he provides clients with a bill before he even understands a case. I employed him for years with spending over half a million dollars close to three quarters of a million and at best got invited to SMU basketball games and his art gallery. But never recived any legal results to speak of. I would advise prospective clients to look at other Attorneys.
