Mr. Evans was hired by my Organization to represent us in a patent infringement litigation. Since I am the inventor of the relevant patent, I worked closely with Mr. Evans in all stages of the litigation. This included depositions, preparation of expert reports, testimony in court etc. I was highly impressed by Mr. Evans command of the technical as well as the legal issues of the case.
