I found this Law firm on TV after losing my Father. The staff was always so polite whenever we spoke over the phone. Then the Pandemic hit and everything got put on hold until several months later. However, they still keep me updated on my case. Whenever I had a question if the person answering the phone didn't know they made sure to find someone right away who did. D.G., was such a nice, friendly and professional representative. I would gladly recommend Crowe Arnold & Majors, LLP.

In August, 2019 I was involved in an attack by multiple dogs and was referred to David Crowe by Toby Shook. My experience with Crowe Arnold & Majors LLP was seamless and flawless. The stages and processes were executed on schedule as had been given to me. David and his team were thoughtful, attentive and kept me updated with clear communications. They exceeded my expectations with their dedication to my case, professionalism and actions on my behalf. I am most appreciative of their efforts.

I met with an attorney for an hour. During the course of the conversation, I was told that I would receive a proposal within a few days of our meeting. I never received a proposal and called after two weeks. After a day or two of no answer to my calls, I then sent an email asking for my original documents back. I received a call from the attorney who had my documents delivered. He called and advised that I should get another attorney. I did get a bill for the one hour meeting. Not a good value for the money in my opinion.
