She was very rude and since I was stressed I didn't pay attention to it at first, I tried to close my case with her several times and she is very stubborn I gave her an advance which I asked for back when I told them that I no longer wanted to continue with the case They charged me to the point of laughter, and they still sent me an invoice for almost $70 where I owe them, supposedly it's for closing my file, but she's very rude, she was almost scolding me when I feel like she should understand me and be more friendly, at the same time At first he told me that there would be no cost for the consultation, then when I wanted to close the case he told me that yes, there had been a cost, they even charged me for the calls I made and I wanted to close the case, that's why I called, they also charged me for the emails, ask for an advance payment 1500 which I lost and I still owe her $70 she is very rude and has no empathy I should have read the comments before.

This experience was a breath of fresh air after dealing with hardships brought on from a previous employer. If you want to see any kind of resolution to employment issues with a less than cooperative employer, this is the team to work with!

My daughters attorney did a professional and exceptional job and got the best possible result we could hope for. He didn’t stop negotiating with the court until he got the result closet to what we wanted! Excellent job!

This law firm is very irresponsible, I was given 4 different attorneys my time here had to give up all my information to each and every lawyer everytime they have no communication with each other. When I tried to voice my complaints the main lawyer never let me speak or express myself not only did she not do what she promised me she would in a timely manner but she also charged me tons for things that she never did. If you can go elsewhere and do not give her your business.

It was a pleasure working with Brett Schmidt and his staff. He was very open and transparent about costs, timing and the legal services he could provide. I especially like the texts and calls when I became anxious. He even planned a meeting with me on a Saturday to accommodate my working schedule. Amazing attorney. I never want to have the need for an attorney; however, when I did need one - I am so glad that Patrick McLain was available. He is very blunt. He will tell you like it is - and keep the conversation short. However, when you are in need - he really steps up. Watching him get ready for a hearing is pretty impressive as well. It’s like watching an athlete get ready for game day. He was also great at getting me prepared for our hearing. He kept my mind on track and really prepared me for how to keep the answers focused. He can short, blunt, and harsh! I’m glad he is on my side.

When I called his office I spoke to Jose about the case. I was told Patrick was a pit bull and would fight hard for my son in a military case. Communication was horrible, the first time I spoke to him it felt like I was disrespected told not to speak and he did all the talking. His staff was a pleasure to work with. Him not so much. When my son would have conversation with him he felt same way like it was beneath him to speak to him. The witnesses were never contacted, day of hearing he was shocked to hear and see me there and was told he was never informed of his family's presence. Then I get an email/text stating call office and pay more money. Day of trial the Jag attorney was second chair and my son in middle. Jag said to my son tell him Objection and he refused. We as the family were so angry and frustrated we wanted to fire him and my son said were already hear just let's see where it goes from here. It got worse. He stumbled talking to Judge, always asked to repeat question. He acted like he was very distracted or extremely jet laged he was not tracking at all. Everytime we looked at him instead of paying attention he was on his lap top not following the case. The worst 50k + ever spent. On the 3rd day having no concern for taking care of his client the only thing he cared about was more money. He was not going to stay for day 3 unless he got more money. My advise find another attorney, one who actually cares and not just about money but the client he is representing. After talking to more family's who hired other attorneys for there case more serious than ours they got better representation and people skills with a better out come.

I was looking for an affordable child care attorney and this one seems to have a lot of complaints. REALLY BAD FOR BUSINESS GUYS. Do better

Profesionalismo y etica son dos palabras que no conoce esta firma de abogados, NO los recomiendo, amenos que quieran perder su tiempo como lo hice yo al contactarlos, llame para solicitar ayuda sobre un caso legal, me citaron ese mismo dia, y al llegar a la hora que habiamos acordado, me dijeron que no tenian citado a nadie esa hora, y lamentaban hubiera perdido mi tiempo, y que la abogada Garcia se contactaria conmigo al dia siguiente para escuchar mi caso, nunca resibi su llamada o la de su personal para escuchar mi caso.
