Very rude. Scheduled a consultation and was called “argumentative” by Garcia because I was asking clarifying questions. She kept using analogies that weren’t really applicable to my situation because even though she was provided documentation ahead of the consultation she clearly hadn’t read it. She made incorrect assumptions and was all around very rude. Also the fee for a CPS case was $2500. Decided to go with someone far kinder, less presumptive, and much cheaper.
